Pitch your tent in the beautifully landscaped 12 acre campsite on the Wicklow/Carlow Border, in Ballysallagh Upper, Hacketstown.
Our 8-10 campervan spaces offer full services including power points, fresh running water from our own well and toilet drainage facilities.

For rest and relaxation, you’ll find secluded areas that are scenic and quiet – perfect for reading a book or enjoying the views that surround you.
For a little more activity, you can enjoy the warm Irish welcome and explore the local villages of Tinaheley and Hacketstown.
Carlow is close by for those seeking a bigger town and livelier restaurants, pubs, attractions or shopping.

Golf, Walkers and Walking Holidays
Golf enthusiasts are close to the world-class golf course in Coolattin (20km), which boasts a stunning course and beautiful club house.
Our site is also close to many local attractions including the Wicklow Way which runs by Tinahely (7km).

Use our pick up service for walkers on the Wicklow way.
You can use the campsite for the night and we will bring you back to the point of pick up the next morning.

Child Friendly Holidays
There’s plenty of fun for everyone at Raven’s Rest. Children have lots of play areas to explore, including the sand pit, goal posts, and frog pond.
Parents and guardians can enjoy a relaxing break or join in the fun!
