Ashbradell camp site, near Hull, East Yorkshire, is surrounded by open country side and beautiful well kept gardens – the camp site is in a well maintained garden and is away from the road side and on the edge of a very nice village which gives you the benefit on some local amenities such as local convenience store, local fish and chip shop, fantastic local pub which do superb bar meals.

Nearby Attractions

Burstwick Golf course is open to non members and is less than 5 minute walk.
2 miles from the site is the re-nouned Burton Constable Hall where you can spend a whole day admiring this beautiful home and grounds, nearby seaside attractions is Hornsea Pottery shopping and Hornsea mere where sailing enthusiasts can enjoy, just 5 miles away you could be also enjoying the centre of Hull, as well as multiple shopping arcades there is the Deep(Sea life centre), Ferens Art gallary which currently has the Andy Warhole collection. Further 5 miles there is the famous Humber Bridge with restaurants over looking the humber. Other main attractions are Bridlington, Scarborough, The famouse bird watching santuary at Spurn Point and Fort Paull Museum is a 5 minute drive. Beverley minster is a 30 minute car journey.

Directions
If coming from the North or South join the M18 to Hull or the M62 from the West which will both lead you to the A63 straight into Hull, keep going straight towards Hedon, before reaching Hedon, there is a round about (Kingstown Hotel) where you take the second turn off, 2 miles you will enter Thorngumbald the into Camerton, Left turn into Burstwick, Left turn at the t-junction. Past the pub on your Right (Hare and Hounds – Great for bar meals) past the school and then take the next right (Appleby Lane) We are the third house on the right Ashbradell is a bungalow which is opposite the cattery (You have gone past us!)

Camp site near Hull – You will not find a closer campsite!

    Welcomed by Kerry and Darren , great open views , and the local village had a great pub for food , visited the seaside town of withernsea and from campsite went on the bus to Kingston upon Hull great for museums

    Stayed her for a week, July 2013, excellent site, wonderful people, would highly recommend.
