26th August 2012 at 12:00 amWe were not at all impressed with this holiday park. We did have a nice pitch by the sea but the toilets and showers were old and dirty. There was a key pad system on the door and we were given our code when we booked in but we were told that these were broken so the doors were left open all the time with the result that children got in and made the place even worse by vandalising the facilities. This campsite is in a lovely position but not cared for. The warden is never available to put things right.
Helpful ReviewWe would never visit again.

27th October 2010 at 12:00 amWe stayed over the weekend October 23.It was very quiet. We were in our campervan on the Lifeboat part of the park directly looking over the sea and fabulous sunsets. The whole park was immaculately kept .The staff were friendly and helpful. The walks along the beach and along the clifftops were lovely. The Seacote hotel which is a very short walk away does nice meals (if a little expensive) that also was kept to a high standard.
Helpful Reviewclose by is St.Bees which is the start of the coast to coast walk.5 miles away is Whitehaven I got a pleasent surprise there the marina area was lovely to see. There were swans and geese wandering along the road lovely boats tied up good fish nchip shops restaurants etc.
