We spent three glorious days there over easter in the sunshine last year an are planning to go bak again this easter. It really makes you wonder why anyone wants to go abroad. The whole site is very well kept and clean and my wife was most impressed with the extensive vegetable garden, there was plenty space to excercise the dog and there was even a mini footie poitch for the kids. Being of borders ancestry we spent much of the time touring around some of the historical sites related to the borders
