Harlyn Sands Holiday Park

Harlyn Sands Holiday Park is situated on the North Cornish Coastline, in between Newquay and Padstow, on Trevose Head.
They are just a few minutes walk away from Harlyn Bay, Constantine Bay and Mother Ivys Bay, which are safe and clean and offer a mixture of surfing, snorkeling or bathing.

Their moto is Family Owned, Family Run for Families.
Harlyn Sands also has its own Fun Pool for when the Cornish weather lets you down, together with the Harlyn Sands Kids Club which runs morning, noon & night, so that the parents, if they so wish, get a holiday break too.

We are sorry but we do not allow single sex parties or groups at any time.

The Site offers Holiday Home Hire and a Campsite with facilities.
There is a No Smoking policy in the Holiday Homes, due to recent smoking legislation changes & Dogs are only allowed in certain vans – check with reception before you book.

They pride themselves on the cleanliness of the caravans, and believe the holiday starts as soon as the front door opens. You will need to take your own duvet covers, bed sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
The Holiday Homes come fully equipped with all you need inc. television, microwave, cutlery and crockery.
A DVD/CD package is available with the larger caravans, but you need to request the package when booking the caravan.

You can enjoy 1st class family entertainment from their entertainments team, plus star cabaret including Clowns and Ultra Violet Puppet shows, top family comics, specialty acts, bands, singers, tribute shows and illusionists.
Please note: the evening entertainment varies each week and runs from Whitsun until the middle of September. Outside of these dates will depend on numbers, so please check with their reception before you book your holiday.

They have a Snack Shack Restaurant which caters for all the family, so that you can chose to Eat in or take away, from the full menu offered. They also have theme nights from carverys to steak specials.

The bar is filled with the top brands and served by their friendly staff, whos aim is to make your holiday enjoyable.
Kids can also get served in the kids room, which has a variety of games machines, pool tables and even a juke box.

Kids Club meets mornings at 10am, where the kids will have bucket loads of fun with Ollie and the gang learning the party dances or joining in with colouring competitions, scavenger hunts, playing games or just having fun!

In the afternoons they meet up again either on the beach for the sand castle competition, crab race or the last duck standing competition!!
They sometimes meet in the play park with the bouncy castle or by chasing the pirate who has taken all the sweets!

If it rains then the clubhouse is used instead, for some more games, kids Bingo or practicing for the weekly talent contest.

They meet up again in the evening to talk about the day they have had, play some games, dance the night away and win some prizes, then sit down and enjoy some of the best kids entertainers in the business.

Harlyns Big Teddy Bear keeps an eye on the play park, where there are swings, slides, adventure playgrounds and tyre swings to keep the little ones entertained.

The Kids Club runs from Whitsun until the middle of September. Outside of these dates will depend on numbers, so please check with their reception on the running times before booking your holiday.

The Main Park Pitches are approximately thirty feet by thirty feet and come with a 6 amp electric hook up point.
Clients also have the full use of the main facilities which include a unisex shower block, ladies and gents toilet blocks, a laundry block and a washing up area. There is a small charge of 20 pence, for approximately 4 minutes, for the showers – this is to try and stop people using the showers for a long period, in order to allow everyone to have a nice shower.

During the school summer holidays they also open up the Beach Field, which is a grass field overlooking Harlyn Bay. This could be the perfect place for your family to holiday, with panoramic views of the beaches in that area of Cornwall and away from the main park and clubhouse.

It has pitches both with and without electrical hook up points. However, the Beach Field does not have any toilets, showers or laundry facilities, but you do have full use of the main park facilities which are approximately a five minute walk away.

The Beach Field has various sized pitches and the standard ones start half way down the field.

They also have different sized pitches which give more privacy, as they back onto a private hedge, together with some that have 6 amp electric hook-up points, depending on the size pitch you require.

If you are towing a caravan please make sure you come across Trevose Golf Course to gain access to Harlyn Sands.

The Beach Field is open for tents for the whole of the Summer Holidays but for caravans, motor homes & camper vans, the field is open from last week in July until the middle of August.

They also offer Seasonal pitches to rent from April until October. The maximum size pitch they have is 23 foot long. For prices and availability, contact the site directly.
