Above Colwyn Bay is The Welsh Mountain Zoo – the National Zoo of Wales – where you will be able to see and learn about many rare and endangered species from Britain and all over the world.

Hunters Hamlet is a beautiful peaceful Caravan Park set in the picturesque country side of Abergele in Conway.

The campsite is on two levels.
There are new hard standing pitches with Electric hook, up water and drainage. They also include a TV ariel great news for me, as surprise surprise it was raining.

The weather didn’t dampen down the feeling in the park. All were friendly and helpful.
There is a shower with free hot water and a metered bath.
Two toilets which were very clean even considering the wet weather.

Dish washing facilities and Laundrey room was great.

There is field to walk your dog and plenty of land around to take a longer stroll.

Colwyn Bay and Rhyl are quite close. So heres hoping the weather is hot and sunny for you.

Bodelwyddan Castle is just 5 miles away and they often run special shows and events at the Castle throughout the year.
Remember though that this is now a Warners Hotel so please check first.
