A very peaceful, friendly campsite, located 500 m from the beach and 2 km from the centre of Roses. It has plenty of shady areas and each plot is delimited by a natural fence.

10th February 2014 at 12:00 am04/09/2013 Camping Rodas in the bay of Roses is an excellent site with a child friendly pool. Children can dive and have fun whilst parents lounge on the grass terrace or get a cafe con leche at the fabulous onsite cafe. The owners are extremely helpful and fluent in English. The pitches are generous and most are completely shaded with views to the mountains. All have hook up facility. Across the road from the campsite is a large, quality Eroski supermarket making it a very convenient location. You can walk to the town beach in fifteen minutes, or drive to picturesque Catalan bays and snorkel in the calmer seas. The town beach is breezier. The temperature is a steady low 30s. There are two shower blocks which are cleaned daily and the showers are powerful with endless hot water (not that you will need it!). The town of Figures with Salvodor Dali’s museum is half an hour away and Barcleona with Gaudi delights an hour and a half. In the evening children are allowed to cycle and scooter.
