Simon Pollock, Managing Director at Shorefield Holidays said: ‘This treehouse project has been very exciting from start to finish, and has been many years in the making. It was really important to us that we created a unique bespoke design that allows our guests to embrace nature up close from within the tree canopy, but one that also would fit perfectly within an area of tree protection without harming the ecology of the site. The completed product has achieved all that we could ask for, and we can’t wait for our guests to experience tree canopy accommodation that embraces nature –the true spirit of Shorefield Holidays.’ The striking turrets, quirky windows and double doors add to the fairy tale feel and really bring the outdoors in. Families or groups of friends can kick back, soak in the surrounding views and enjoy a much–deserved treetop soak in the private hot tub. Both treehouses feature master bedrooms with stunning freestanding bathtubs and monsoon showers. Guests can also make the most of the spacious wooden decking, which is home to an outdoor pizza oven, outdoorsun loungers, a gas BBQ and outdoor heaters. Sara Bertin, Director at Shorefield Holidays said: ‘This interior design project has been our most challenging and exciting to date. We wanted to create a sophisticated cosy atmosphere with quirky references to the woodland, with accents of colour that reflected the names Silvertree and Coppertree. The pandemic and Brexit certainly tried to slow our construction work down, but the end result is truly spectacular, and we hope that many unforgettable memories will be created
Both stunning treehouses are located just a short stroll from all the on–park facilities, making these elegantly eccentric hideaways the perfect spot for a family adventure and a magical base that’s way above the ordinary.Lesley Lawrence, Managing Director at Shorefield Holidays said: ‘We have run Shorefield Holidays as a family business for 63 years and our family values drive everything we do. Since the beginning, our company journey has involved constant innovation and investment as we strive to be the best in the business. These treehouses represent the pinnacle of our endeavor thus far and my late father Dr Robert Pollock, our founder, would be so proud. We are thrilled to now be able to offer this magical experience, and we cannot wait to hear what our guests have to say about it’.
